Concept Generation
If it’s early in the process, either at a blank page or a napkin sketch, we’re always ready to throw ideas out there. When a design or prototype is further along, but needs rerouting, we help clients find clever solutions to their specific game of constraint Tetris.
Prototyping
We are fluent in most rapid prototyping processes available today. We get a lot done in-house, and have partners in place for anything that falls outside our wheelhouse.
CAD & Detailed Design
We’ve designed for a handful of product categories with parts spanning a broad range of manufacturing processes. We’ve spent a lot of time on electric vehicles, consumer electronics, tactical soft goods, and kitchen appliances.
Testing
As a necessary part of the process, we’re well-versed in breaking things. We’ll create test plans, build fixtures, and can coordinate specialty testing vendors to make sure your project stands up to real-world demands.
Manufacturing
We’ll mesh with any suppliers you already have in place, or can leverage our network of domestic and overseas vendors to fill gaps. For certain products in small batches, we can handle some production and assembly in-house.
